African Human Rights Court acts against Libya

An interesting article on the response of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights to the situation in Libya was published on the website of the American Society of International Law (ASIL): On March 25, 2011, for the first time in its history, the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (“African Human Rights Court”) ordered provisional measures against Libya in the case African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights v.
